The classic band “Velvet Underground” peaked in the 1960’s, but still lives on today their music still warming our ears. This is reflected in the inspiration for this creative shoot, proof that bringing back the classic and timeless look through using accents from weddings in the 60’s can still work today.
The legendary screen siren Brigitte Bardot became the muse, her trademark beehive and winged eyeliner featuring in the shoot. With talented vendors like Bespoke Hair by Chloe and Make up by Cass, our model Emma Owen was seamlessly transformed into a modern 60’s bride. The chic bespoke wedding dress by talented designer Corina Snow, combined with beautiful pearl drops provided by Jewels by Jodie, completed the magic of the sophisticated 60’s vibe.
Honeybee Wild wove together colours and textures from the past to create floral masterpieces from another era. From velvety chocolate magnolia buds to classic faded pink carnations, these colours perfectly complimented the earthy browns and greys in the coastal cliffs and the warm mustard and burgundy tones of the table scape.
