Jarrad is a specialised boilermaker and works mostly offshore on a fly in, fly out roster. Laura is Social Worker who works in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program facilitating group therapy.

We first met through mutual friends while Mara was studying in Australia and Joshua was on a work trip in Sydney.
Tell us a little about yourselves, what you do, what you love, what is unique about you and your relationship … Tom and I couldn’t be more opposite if we tried - I’m a true introvert, fond of yoga, a night in with wine and a book, spending the day seeing where it takes us and a true advocate for the classic “it’ll work out”. Tom is your true extrovert, literally he throws parties for a living, working for Britomart Hospitality as well as owning his own electronic music touring company with a friend, and having his own House DJ project called Blanc on the side.

Dan is a TV producer/director, Zindzi works in finance and is also an artist. We are both lovers of travel, nature, food, the arts and music so throughout our relationship have tried to combine them all as much as possible.

We met at University about 8 years ago living in the same hostel, two doors down from one another so we developed a friendship pretty quick and our relationship took off from there!
We had the most wonderful day at Auckland’s Shed 10 last Sunday, surrounded by so much talent and creativity and the amazing Wild Hearts team, who once again wowed us all their amazing execution of one of the best wedding fairs we know. With over 60 talented vendors, the best sponsors in the business and an amazing lineup of designers and industry leaders, Wild Hearts Auckland was an incredible affair!

Christian and I met in Whiritoa which a small settlement nestled between Waihi and Whangamata when we were kids in the nipper programme (Surf Lifesaving) and became childhood besties.
