Oliver – I work as a weapon’s technician in the Army. It’s pretty much the dream job as I get to work with guns every day. Guns are also my hobby, so I enjoy going out for a shoot and also teaching others more about shooting and guns.
Grace – I am a hairdresser which I love as it’s so creative and you get to make people feel amazing about their hair. I am also currently learning how to shoot ;)

We met in Tenerife on the 29th of December, 8 years ago, during a Christmas party. We are both Canarian but we were living in Madrid and little by little we got to know each other while we were both studying there.

Our little family includes: Steph, Eric, our pup, Tank Bus and the latest addition is Baby Archie born in December.
We fell in love pretty quickly two years ago and our bond has grown stronger during our travels together. We’ve chased daylight in Iceland, island-hopped in the Maldives and Sri Lanka, run around India, hiked through Patagonia, and road tripped through national parks, connecting over a love of adventure and willingness to try new things. It has been an incredible journey.

We both have very busy careers with Stephen working in Finance and Aaron lecturing in music. We love the outdoors and wanted to reflect this in our ceremony. The location for the ceremony at Thurlby Domain was perfect with green lawns and gardens in a rambling old farm setting.

We both love food, spending time with our friends & going on adventures.

I grew up in Papua New Guinea and when I met Julius he mentioned he volunteered there. It struck a cord with me to meet someone away from the place I grew up. We clicked so easily because we had so much in common. Julius made the first move and although compared to others we hadn’t dated for ages we quickly realised this was the real deal.

Simeon and I were introduced by a mutual friend three years ago at a restaurant in Auckland. I was catching up with friends and he was with colleagues. It wasn’t love at first sight, but I remember thinking that I’d never seen such a well-dressed, stylish man!

Sam is a wealth banker for ANZ and I work as a programme facilitator, working with offenders in the community and prison, supporting them to not re-offend through rehabilitation programmes. Sam and I have known eachother for 10 years but didn’t offically get together until 6 years ago when we reconnected through mutual friends.
