Tell us a little about yourselves, what you do, what you love, what is unique about you and your relationship…
We are both from the banking industry. Our offices are literally 50 meters away, but it took us years to meet each other.
We are both crazy about travelling, we traveled to 13 countries before we got married!
Tell us about your special day, was there a specific theme or style? Tell us a little about the setting, the styling and some of your favourite details…
We both wanted an elegant and classic theme. The Lakehouse did all of the styling and they did a great job plus we added orchids to represent Singapore.
Tell us about your main outfits:
We like simple designs, less is more. The bridal gown is from Pronovias’ lace and mermaid series. The evening gown is from Korean brand Grace Kelly. Both were fitted yet very comfortable. Andrew’s outfit was from a top Chinese brand from my hometown. It was a wedding gift from my Mom.
What were some of the most memorable/unique moments from the day?
Christina – Walking down the aisle with my dear Mom. Andrew’s Chinese speech during the speeches touched my family’s hearts.
Andrew – Seeing my beautiful bride walking down the aisle.
Any advice for other couples planning to spend the rest of their lives together?
Be organised and plan ahead. Be yourself and enjoy the big day and the rest of the days together! Always remind yourself of your vows and the love.
