We love story of Karen Murrell, they started as a small New Zealand brand with big ethics and believed their natural products could be as good, if not better than huge mainstream beauty brands. Fast forward ten or so years on and Karen’s exceptional range of natural lipsticks can be found all over the world.
Inspired by nature Murrell has not swayed from her original goal to create lipsticks and cosmetics that only contain safe and natural ingredients. Their ethical production extends beyond their products to also include their packaging. Karen Murrell packaging is printed with vegetable-based inks on sustainably sourced paper by an FSC-certified printing company (that means they’re committed to caring for our forests). Their manufacturing process is cruelty free and they don’t test on animals, ever.
Karen Murrell lipsticks are made with avocado oil, evening primrose oil, candelilla, carnauba wax, cinnamon and sweet orange to treat your lips with every application. They have a distinctive cinnamon fragrance which makes them a joy to wear, they glide on easily, they stay put and the high pigment colours don’t dry out your lips.
