In this styled shoot we showcase the beauty of sustainability, caring for our earth and supporting little and local.

The day came together quite organically after florist and stylist Renee at One Poppy started connecting with other like-minded wedding vendors who were passionate about creating meaningful weddings with a small footprint.

The inspiration came from wanting to convey the message that sustainable really is beautiful, both inside and out, and to put to bed the myth that eco-friendly weddings compromise on aesthetics. By making thoughtful choices, using local businesses, hiring, and utilising what one already has, we can create stunning events with little impact on the planet.

The colour palette here is aubergines, and off-whites, with accents of amber and brass and backdrops of dark hues and timber. The stunning table scape and model shots were brought together by a collaboration of very talented, beautiful souls.
