The latest collection elevates structural design. Jacket shoulders have a been adjusted to a softer, more relaxed fit. Gentle silhouettes with meticulous cuts allow for a new side of elegance to be explored – understated and clean cut. Tactile flannel and brushed cotton cloths are then introduced to create a carefully curated range for the cooler months ahead. The autumnal palette of blue, chocolate and forest green offer a sense of informality. The details are subtle, a reflection of those who wear them.

As a top-tier production house, this move maintains founding brothers Chris and Tim Dobbs’ benchmark of engaging only the highest level of craftsmanship and quality. “The decision to re-locate our production into Portugal allows us to be more nimble and dynamic in both make and design” says Chris Dobbs, Managing Director of Working Style. “Our customers demand that our processes are top-notch, and they trust us to find the very best skills in the world to bring their product to life. New Zealand production isn’t what it once was, so we’ve had to look overseas to meet our own high standards.”

“It’s important to start with a core, highlight piece in your wardrobe, and then build around that to develop several outfits. Start with a smart casual jacket for example, and then compliment that with alternative pairs of chinos, then add a beautiful denim shirt, a cotton twill and a button down.
